What the Associate can do
The Associate works across the BluPrint data you are authorised to access. Ask in plain language; available tools and actions are filtered by company, role, object scope, model policy, and release controls.
Understand your work
- Find and summarise authorised projects, tasks, milestones, comments, and current delivery state.
- On a project board, drag a task onto the Associate to attach its current task and subtask details to the chat.
- Explain blockers, priorities, dependencies, risks, and likely next actions.
- Retrieve relevant company/project knowledge and document-derived context.
- Read and summarise ready PDFs and other uploaded documents from a project or the Knowledge Centre when you have permission.
- Use permission-scoped Business Brain memories with provenance.
- Explain customer accounts, deals, activity, pipeline state, and linked delivery projects you may access.
Plan and organise
- Create requested Markdown documents in the active project Docs Hub, or in the company Knowledge Centre when no project is active; generated files such as PDFs, presentations, and spreadsheets use their matching file format.
- Open a newly generated document directly from the Associate's completion action. Business Brain memory remains for durable facts, preferences, and procedures rather than substituting for a requested document.
- Draft task lists, subtasks, checklists, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Propose task status, priority, assignment, and scheduling changes supported by the active tool policy.
- Help prepare project/customer summaries and decision material.
- Connect relationship context to delivery context—for example, how a project risk affects an open deal.
Work with calendars
- Read full event details from your personal calendar or an authorised project or workspace calendar.
- Company-wide calendar reads are available only to company leadership.
- Check availability and overlapping events from bounded BluPrint calendar data. If a very busy window exceeds the scan limit, the Associate reports the result as incomplete instead of claiming the time is free. This does not include external Google or Microsoft free/busy data.
- Propose event creation, updates, or deletion through the normal review-and-approve flow. Invitations to other people must use a project calendar so BluPrint can deliver the related notifications.
- Accept, decline, or tentatively respond only for yourself when you are an invited attendee.
Calendar scope follows the conversation by default. Personal means events you organise or attend; workspace calendars include project-linked events from projects you may access and exclude projectless personal events.
Work with customers
- Read authorised account, contact, deal, pipeline, activity, and project-link context.
- Propose supported staged CRM changes.
- Explain won/lost outcomes and relationship signals present in the data.
- Respect sealed-account visibility and avoid revealing hidden records through counts or summaries.
Review and approve changes
Consequential actions use the staging and approval flow unless the specific capability has an explicitly reviewed exemption. The proposed action records its company, scope, target, and payload so it can be inspected before application.
The backend rechecks access when the action is applied; approval of an old proposal does not bypass a role or membership change.
Production integration availability
Once activated, the Associate can use imported GitHub repository/PR/issue metadata only for the Alesko.ai production canary. This material remains untrusted reference data with integration provenance; it cannot grant permissions or authorize an external action. Until activation, Nango-backed production data remains unavailable. Jira, HubSpot, and customer-company connections remain disabled.
Not available in V2.0
- External MCP execution.
- Image generation.
- The Associate calculation/code sandbox (
run_pythonandcompute). - Nango-backed provider connections before canary activation or outside the planned Alesko.ai GitHub canary.
- Unreviewed autonomous external effects such as sending email.
- Access to data hidden by company, role, project/account, sealed-record, or document permissions.
Capabilities depend on policy and context
A tool described here may be unavailable for your role, company, model tier, or current scope. BluPrint fails closed rather than exposing a tool or data source it cannot authorise.
