Business Brain
The Business Brain is BluPrint's permission-scoped memory of how your company works. It helps the Associate answer with durable company context instead of treating every conversation as a blank slate.

What feeds the Brain
Depending on your role and enabled product areas, the Brain can learn from:
- onboarding answers and company profile information;
- approved company and project knowledge;
- documents and extracted document insights;
- projects, tasks, decisions, and delivery outcomes;
- customer accounts, deals, and delivered CRM outcomes;
- accepted, edited, or rejected Associate proposals;
- supported integration data that has passed company and permission checks.
The Brain does not make every source visible to everyone. Retrieval is filtered using your company, role, project/account scope, record visibility, and other access rules.
Memory and provenance
A memory includes provenance—where it came from and what scope it belongs to. The Associate treats retrieved company material as reference data, not trusted instructions. This helps prevent content in a document, task, CRM note, or integration payload from overriding BluPrint's safety and permission rules.
Correct and forget
When supported by the surface and your permissions, you can correct outdated memory or ask BluPrint to forget information. Corrections supersede prior understanding while preserving the audit trail required to explain what changed. Erasure workflows remove supported source and derived records rather than hiding only the visible copy.
Relationship to documents
Documents remain source material in Company Knowledge or project documents. The Brain stores bounded memories and insights used for retrieval; it is not a second file library and does not replace the original document.
Relationship to the Associate
The Associate retrieves only the context needed for the current request. It combines that context with live authorised project, task, CRM, and integration data. Answers should identify uncertainty and provenance rather than presenting every memory as timeless fact.
Permission-scoped by design
If you cannot access the underlying company, project, account, or document context, the Associate and Brain must not reveal it through search, summaries, counts, or indirect hints.
