Company Knowledge Centre
Some knowledge doesn't belong to one project — it belongs to the whole company. Brand guidelines, policies, onboarding material, standard processes, contract templates. The Knowledge Centre is the company-wide home for exactly that.
Where project documents live and die with a project, the Knowledge Centre is permanent company memory — it stays put as projects come and go.
Company-wide documents
The Knowledge Centre is organised with the same folder tree and version history as project documents, but its scope is the company. Anything the whole organisation should be able to find lives here, in one authoritative place, governed by roles and permissions.
Reusable templates
The real power is templates. Capture the way your company does something once — a project brief, a standup doc, a report format — and keep it in the Knowledge Centre as a template. Bluprint also ships some system templates to start you off.
Use in a project
A template or document isn't stuck in the Knowledge Centre. With Use in project, you drop a company template straight into a project's documents — so a new project starts from your proven, standard material instead of a blank page. Capture it once at the company level; reuse it everywhere.
Why a company layer matters
Without a company knowledge layer, every project reinvents the same documents and the same answers. With one, your best work becomes the default — new projects and new hires start from your organisation's accumulated knowledge, not from scratch.
The Associate uses it too
Like project documents, the Knowledge Centre is fair game for the Associate — so company knowledge is something you can ask about and build on, not just store.
