Documents & Knowledge
Documentation usually ends up scattered — some in a drive, some in email, some in a wiki nobody updates. Bluprint keeps it with the work it describes, so the answer to "where's the spec?" is never a treasure hunt.
There are two places documents live, and AI sits on top of both.
Two homes for documents
| Where | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Project documents | Everything for a single project — in the same place as its tasks, board, and conversations. |
| Company Knowledge Centre | Company-wide documents and reusable templates that outlive any one project. |
Everything in one place
A project's documents area isn't just files you upload. It gathers everything:
- Documents you upload or write
- Attachments from tasks and subtasks
- Files from calendar events
- Documents the Associate generates for you
They all land in the same organised, versioned home — so the project's full paper trail is in one place, not spread across five tools.
AI on top of your knowledge
Because your documents live in Bluprint, the Associate can actually use them — it answers questions from their contents, summarises them, compares them, and creates new ones. People and AI draw on the same trusted source.
One source of truth — for people and AI
When documentation lives with the work, everyone reads from the same page — and so does the Associate. No stale copies, no "which version is right?", no knowledge trapped in someone's inbox.
In this section
