How does pricing work?
During the beta, Bluprint uses a prepaid wallet: you top up a balance, and usage — mainly AI actions — is drawn down from it as you go. There are no fixed per-seat plans; you pay for what you actually use. Exact prices are shown in the app and on the pricing page. See Billing.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No — new companies start with a welcome credit in the wallet, so you can try the AI features before adding any funds of your own.
What happens when my wallet runs out?
Only the metered AI features pause, with a clear prompt to top up. The rest of Bluprint — your projects, tasks, documents, board, and communication — keeps working as normal. Top up and AI is back immediately. You'll also get low-balance email alerts before it gets there. See Usage & charges.
How do I get started?
Create your company, and you're the owner. From there, set up your first project — you can even let the Associate set it up for you. The welcome credit means you can try the AI from day one.
How do I get my team on board?
Invite people by email with the role they should have, or let them request to join and approve them — both covered in Invitations & join requests. Roles control what each person can do; add them only to the workspaces and projects they need.
Does Bluprint integrate with my other tools?
Integrations are coming soon. Today, Bluprint's strength is that so much lives in one place — tasks, docs, communication, and time tracking — so there's less to stitch together in the first place. Connectors to outside tools are on the roadmap.
