Billing
During the beta, Bluprint keeps billing simple and fair: there are no fixed plans or monthly seats. Instead, your company has a prepaid wallet — you top it up, and usage is drawn down from the balance as you go. You only pay for what you actually use.
Beta billing model
This is the billing model for the current beta. Exact prices and any future plans live on the pricing page and in the app — this guide explains how billing works, not what it costs.
How it works
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Top up | Add funds to your company wallet with a card. |
| 2. Use Bluprint | Most of the app is just part of using it; certain actions — mainly AI features — are metered. |
| 3. Draw down | Each metered action deducts a small amount from your wallet balance. |
| 4. Top up again | When the balance runs low, you're alerted and can top up to keep going. |
Why a wallet
- Pay for what you use — no paying for idle seats or features you don't touch.
- Budget control — a prepaid balance is a spending cap you set yourself; it can't run up a surprise bill beyond what you've added.
- Transparency — every top-up and charge is recorded, so you can see exactly where your balance went.
