Project Snapshot

The Snapshot is an AI-generated health overview of your project. Instead of manually pulling a status report together, you open the Snapshot and see — at a glance — how the project is really doing, based on what's actually happening across it.

One health score, grounded in real data

The Snapshot aggregates signals from across the project — tasks, comms, and meetings — into a single health score out of 100, mapped to a clear status:

ScoreStatus
85–100Ahead
65–84On Track
40–64At Risk
Below 40Blocked

The score reflects the project's reality, so it updates as the work does — no manual reporting required.

What it surfaces

Alongside the headline status, the Snapshot highlights the things that need your attention, such as:

  • Work that's overdue, due today, or coming up
  • Signals pulled from tasks, conversations, and meetings
  • Recommended actions to get — or keep — the project on track

From reporting to acting

Because the Snapshot is always current, stakeholder updates that used to take an hour to assemble take seconds — and the time you save goes back into the work.

Powered by the Associate

The Snapshot is one of the things the Associate produces from your project's context. As with everything the Associate does, it's grounded in your real data — not generic guesswork.
