Inside a project

Open any project and you'll find the same set of tabs across the top. Each one is a different lens on the same underlying work — so a change you make in one shows up everywhere it's relevant.

The tabs

Project

The home tab. It's where you land, and it brings together the project's high-level picture — including the AI Project Snapshot (its health score and recommended actions), recent activity, and the audit trail. Start here to get your bearings.

Board

A drag-and-drop Kanban view of the project's tasks, organised into columns by status. Move a card between columns to update its status. The column names come from your project's template — see Statuses & priorities.

Gantt

The timeline view. It lays tasks out over time and draws the dependencies between them, shows milestones as dated markers, and reveals the critical path.

Documents

The project's knowledge hub — where files and documents live, attached to the project rather than scattered across email or a separate drive.

Comms

Real-time project chat. Conversations happen right next to the work, and the tab shows an indicator when there are unread messages so you don't miss anything.

Meetings

Coming soon

A dedicated Meetings tab is on the way. For now it appears in the project tab bar marked "Coming Soon".

How they work together

The tabs aren't separate tools bolted together — they're views of one connected project:

  • Board and Gantt show the same tasks two different ways. Update a task in one and it's updated in the other instantly.
  • Comms and Documents keep the conversation and the files attached to the project, so decisions and context don't get stranded somewhere else.
  • The Project tab reads across everything — tasks, comms, and meetings — to produce the health Snapshot.
  • The Associate works across all of it, using the whole project as its context.

That connection is the point: instead of stitching together a board tool, a timeline tool, a chat tool, and a docs tool, everything about a project lives in one place and stays in sync.
