Task review

Two helpers work at the task level — one when you're creating a task, one when you want a second opinion on an existing one.

Insights as you create

When you create a task, Bluprint can analyse it on the spot and offer insights — a quick read on the task you're about to add, so small problems get caught before the task even lands. No extra step; it's right there in the create form.

AI Review

For a task that already exists, AI Review gives it a closer look. You'll find it on the project overview and inside the task view. It reports on:

  • Focus areas — what needs attention
  • Progress — an insight into how the task is actually tracking
  • Timeline — an analysis of where it sits against its dates

It's a fast, structured second opinion — the kind of review a careful lead would give, on demand.

Good before a check-in

Run AI Review on a key task before a stand-up or status meeting. You walk in already knowing the focus areas and timeline risks, instead of working them out live.

How this differs from the Associate

These helpers give you a one-shot, structured read of a task. If you want to go further — discuss it, change it, or act across the whole project — that's the Associate, which can propose changes for your approval.
