AI Helpers
The Associate is the AI you have a conversation with. The AI Helpers are something simpler: small, focused tools that do one job well, right where you're already working — usually a single click, or automatically in the background.
You don't have to open a chat or explain what you want. Press a button on a subtask and it gets sharper. Upload a document and it's summarised for you. They're built for the whole team — the fastest way to lift the quality of your tasks, documents, and projects without changing how you work.
Why they matter
Clear, specific tasks save everyone time. When a task says exactly what to do and what "done" looks like, the team spends less time asking "what did this mean?", makes fewer mistakes, and avoids scope creep. The AI Helpers turn a rough note into something the next person can actually act on — in seconds.
The helpers

| Time estimates | Suggest an effort/time estimate to accept or dismiss | Board & Gantt |
| Document summaries | Auto-summarise, classify, and tag every uploaded document | Automatic on upload |
| Project review | Project health, recommended tasks, productivity insights, milestone checks | Project pages |
Helpers vs the Associate
Reach for a Helper when you want a quick, specific improvement to the thing in front of you. Reach for the Associate when you want to think something through, ask across a whole project, or have it plan and make changes for you. They run on the same Australian-hosted infrastructure, so your data stays in the same safe place either way.
