Views overview
The same work in Bluprint can be seen in different ways, depending on what you're trying to do. There are two kinds of view: ones that show your work across everything, and ones that show a single project.
See your own work
- Personal Dashboard — your home base. Everything assigned to you, across every project, plus an AI daily brief, your projects, calendar, and notifications.
See a project
Inside a project, switch between these views of the same tasks:
- Kanban board — work in flight, organised into columns.
- Gantt & Timeline — the same work laid out over time, with dependencies and milestones.
- Calendar — events, deadlines, and meetings, personal or for a specific project.
Ask the Associate
Whichever view you're in, the Associate is working from the same project context. It's the thread that ties the views together — ask it to plan a sprint for the board, untangle the Gantt, or brief you on what changed. Look for these tips throughout the docs to learn what it can do.
One set of data, many lenses
One set of data, many lenses
Switching views never changes your data — it just changes how you look at it. A task you update on the board is the same task you see on the Gantt, on the calendar, and on your dashboard.
