Calendar
The Calendar brings your time-based work into one view. You can open it from anywhere in Bluprint, and it works either personally (everything across your projects) or scoped to a single project.
Event types
Every calendar event has a type that says what kind of thing it is:
- Meeting
- Milestone
- Deadline
- Reminder
Meeting categories
When an event is a meeting, you can give it a category so the calendar reflects how your team actually works — for example Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, Retrospective, Stakeholder Update, Client Meeting, Team Sync, or Project Kickoff (and more).
Event details
An event can carry everything you'd expect:
- Attendees
- Reminders — set how many minutes before to be notified
- Location and a meeting URL for video calls
- All-day events
- Recurrence — none, daily, weekly, or monthly
Personal or project
Open the calendar without a project to see everything on your plate, or from within a project to focus on just that project's events and deadlines.
Ask the Associate
The Associate can read authorised personal, project, workspace, and company calendar scopes, show event details, and check BluPrint events for availability or collisions. Company-wide reads are leadership-only, and availability does not include external Google or Microsoft free/busy data. If a very busy window exceeds the bounded scan, it reports the result as incomplete rather than claiming the time is free.
Ask it to create, update, or delete an event and it will prepare the change for review before applying it. Invitations to other people must use a project calendar so BluPrint can deliver event notifications. If you are invited to an event, you can also ask the Associate to accept, decline, or mark your own response as tentative. It cannot respond for another attendee.
Notes and event review
Select an event in the calendar to open its details, including its time, location, description, and available task or meeting actions. Meeting links open in a new tab. For meetings and calendar events, participants can add notes that are append-only:
- Shared notes are visible to the meeting participants.
- Private notes are visible only to you.
In your personal calendar, the My private notes review list keeps your private notes available for later review. Select a note to reopen its event details. Notes cannot be edited or deleted from the calendar.
