BluPrint connects the customer relationship to the projects used to deliver for that customer. Agencies can keep each client scoped, understand pipeline and account history, deliver the work, and provide controlled client visibility.

Organise client work

• Use Accounts for prospects and clients.
• Add Contacts, activities, attachments, and deals.
• Use Pipeline for the company view and My Pipeline for deals assigned to you.
• Create workspaces/projects for delivery and link the relevant project to the account/deal.
• Add client contacts with the smallest company/workspace/project role they need.
• Use sealed accounts for sensitive relationships that should be limited to an owner, approved account team, or administrator.

Deliver and report

• Track tasks, milestones, dependencies, documents, comms, and meetings in the linked project.
• Capture time against supported tasks/projects and review available reports.
• Use Project Snapshot and the Associate to explain delivery risk.
• Ask for a customer/delivery summary that combines only the account and linked-project context you are allowed to see.
• Record relationship activity and won/lost outcomes in CRM.

Integrations

GitHub is prepared for a controlled Alesko.ai-only production canary but is not yet activated; customer companies cannot connect it, and Jira/HubSpot remain disabled. Until customer rollout is approved, use company/project documents and BluPrint CRM records for authorised engagement context.

What BluPrint does not replace

BluPrint provides CRM relationship context, delivery/project management, wallet/subscription billing for the BluPrint service, and supported time reporting. It is not a client invoicing, payroll, tax, or general-ledger system. Continue using your finance/accounting platform for those functions.
