Consultants & agencies
Client work has two extra demands on top of getting the work done: keep each client separate and tidy, and give clients visibility without handing over the keys. Bluprint is built around both.
The kind of work you run
Client engagements and retainers, deliverables and milestones, scoped projects across several clients at once — and the billable time underneath all of it.
How Bluprint fits
- A space per client. Use a workspace for each client, with their projects inside — cleanly separated from every other client.
- Client visibility, safely. Add a client contact with a viewer role so they can see progress but not change it; people only ever see the workspaces they're added to (members & access).
- Billable time, captured. Time tracking records hours against tasks and projects, with reports you can read per project or per client.
- Deliverables and status, generated. The Associate generates documents — status reports, summaries, write-ups — from the project's real activity, and the Project Snapshot gives a live health read to share.
Where the Associate helps
Ask it for a weekly client status report drawn from what actually happened, or to summarise a long thread before a check-in. Standardise your delivery by saving your process as templates and reusing them per engagement.
What Bluprint does and doesn't do here
Bluprint captures billable time and reports on it, and keeps client work organised end-to-end. It is not an invoicing, billing, or CRM system — pair it with your finance tool for that. The honest fit is delivery and client collaboration, not accounting.
