Security & sign-in
Your password
From the Security section you can set or change your password. When changing it, you confirm your current password, then enter and confirm the new one — Bluprint checks it against its requirements as you type (a minimum of 8 characters today). If you've only ever signed in with a link, you can add a password here for direct sign-in.
How you sign in
Bluprint supports more than one way in, shown under your sign-in methods:
- Magic link / SSO — secure, email-based sign-in and account recovery, with no password to remember.
- Password login — a traditional email-and-password sign-in, once you've set a password.
You can use whichever suits you; the magic link is always available for recovery.
Active sessions
You can see every device currently signed in to your account — the browser and device, its IP address, and when it was last active. From there you can:
- Sign out an individual session, or
- Sign out all others in one click, leaving only the device you're on.
It's the quickest way to lock things down if you've used a shared or lost device.
Two-factor authentication
Your company can require two-factor authentication for everyone, set by an admin in company security settings. That's enforced at the organisation level rather than toggled per person.
Your data
Bluprint records your acceptance of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and honours your data rights — including the right to request erasure of your data. The full picture of how your data is protected and how to exercise these rights is covered in Security & Compliance.
