Notification preferences
You decide how Bluprint reaches you — by channel, by frequency, and by what's worth interrupting you for.
Channels — turn each on or off:
- Email notifications
- In-app notifications
- Desktop (browser) notifications
Frequency — how often they arrive: real-time, hourly digest, daily digest, weekly digest, or off.
What to be notified about — fine-grained toggles so you only hear about what matters to you:
- @mentions
- Tasks assigned to you
- Project updates
- Comments on your items
- Deadlines approaching
You can also turn the notification sound on or off.
Tune out the noise
If notifications feel like too much, switch to a daily digest and keep only @mentions and assignments on real-time. You stay informed about what's truly yours without a constant stream. See also Communication · Notifications.
Privacy
Control how visible you are to others in your company:
| Setting | Controls |
|---|---|
| Profile visibility | Who can view your profile — Public, Team only, or Private. |
| Activity visibility | Whether others can see your activity. |
| Online status | Whether others see when you're online. |
| Email discoverability | Whether people can find you by your email address. |
