Welcome to Bluprint

Bluprint is a collaborative work platform with an agentic core. It does the things you'd expect a project tool to do — tasks, projects, boards and timelines, documents, communication, and time tracking — and adds an AI partner, the Associate, that is built into the work rather than bolted beside it.

Because the AI is built in, not on, it can read your tasks, conversations, documents, and time data, connect them, and act — surfacing risks, briefing the team, estimating timelines, and drafting documents, always with your approval. The aim is to automate the routine so your team spends its time on judgement, decisions, and the human side of the work.

This is the difference between a system of record — software that stores your work — and a system of intelligence that can also reason about it.

Jump to the Quick Start and you'll have a project running in a few minutes.

What makes Bluprint different

1. Your data stays yours

Every company's work is isolated, and access is governed end-to-end by your roles and permissions. RBAC, SSO, GDPR data rights, and a complete audit trail are built-in parts of the platform, and your data is hosted in Australia and never used to train third-party AI models.

2. Collaboration is built in

Chat, documents, meetings, and presence live next to the work itself — in the same project as your tasks and timeline — rather than in separate tools you stitch together and switch between. Decisions stay attached to the work they belong to.

3. The Associate is your operational brain

The Associate is grounded in your project's real, growing context. The more your team produces — tasks, conversations, decisions, documents — the more it has to reason over. It becomes a shared memory of context and decisions that holds steady as people take leave, teams scale, and complexity grows.

4. Governance is built in

SSO, role-based access control, GDPR data export and deletion, and a tamper-evident audit trail are part of the platform out of the box. AI and governance are the same system, so automation stays accountable — including a record of what the Associate did.

What the Associate actually does

Grounded entirely in your project's data, the Associate can:

  • Analyse project health and surface risks before they escalate
  • Generate daily briefs tailored to each team member
  • Estimate timelines and analyse your Gantt for conflicts
  • Create tasks, reports, and documents from your project context
  • Remember past conversations and decisions so context isn't lost

AI you stay in control of

Every change the Associate makes goes through a staging review first. It proposes; you approve. You get the speed of AI execution with the safety of human sign-off. Learn more in The Associate.

How the platform fits together

Bluprint is organised as a simple hierarchy:

  • A Company is your organisation — the top-level tenant.
  • A Workspace groups related projects (by team, client, or product line).
  • A Project is where the work lives: tasks, a board, a Gantt chart, documents, chat, and meetings.
  • Tasks (and their subtasks) are the individual units of work.

The Associate is available inside every project, working from that project's context.
